First, let me distinguish between the two kinds of food booths that we have in our events.

Specialty Food: spices, mustards, dips, salsa, etc...

Hot Food: ribs, hamburgers, hot dogs, thai food, kettle korn, etc...

As long as the category is open, we can accept specialty food booths in every event we produce. These are some of our most popular, and consistantly successful exhibitors. Don't forget if you sample, you need a health permit from the county the festival is in!!

Due to various circumstances, hot food can be limited in some events. The following is a list of events that we can't allow hot food into. All others are fair game:

Hot August Nights Aug 4-9 (specialty food only)

Nugget Rib Cook Off Aug 27 - Sept 1(specialty food only)

Reno Craft Jamboree Oct. 31 - Nov 2(specialty food only)

Reno Gift Show Nov. 28-30 (specialty food only)

Again, the above shows are the only events that we do not allow hot food into. If you're interested in applying to any of our other events, simply print an application.
